Mark Howard...aka..Ratler inherited his name from the big block Chevy engines and Rat motor. With a background in Monster trucks and high performance cars, his mechanical ability has led him to designing tow equipment since 1995.

Brooker Price...(Master Installer) joined Ratler Mfg. in 2006 with a background in mechanics and a licensed welder. Brooker has become a key player in the production of Ratler equipment.

Jason Donnelly...aka..Jay Dog has been with the company since 2007. Jay has a background in Structural welding and holds all welding certificates.Jay's position includes chasis assembly and quality control.
